Yesterday I started on a 6-week boot camp style training program with X-Team Fitness in Richmond, VA.
I was tested yesterday on a 1.5 mile run, how many curl ups and push ups in a minute.
My results were: 1.5 mile run- 16 mins 23 sec curl ups- 40 push ups- 40
I was proud of that but my arms and entire body are killing me!!
This program is 5x per week, 1 hr per day and is very intense! I am looking forward to results!
Groupon was wonderful with offering this deal for $99! Check your local groupon and livingsocial.com for fitness group classes offers! I am very shy and dont like to be put on the spot but i am getting out of my comfort zone here and doing something meaningful and good for my body!
Still not smoking!
