I feel gross this morning. Maybe I ate too late last night, maybe it's the TOM stuff. But I wanted to go for a run, which will not happen if my stomach is upset (it never ends well). So I may just wait a little bit before I go, hopefully my stomach will feel better by then! Not pleased with what I saw when I got on the scale, but hopefully I can cut the calories a bit, plus a good workout should help.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that would not be a good scene! i ate a little tomato right before running once - got the worst stitch ever! since it is TOM you are probably retaining water. i'm sure everything will be back to normal if you keep on track. i'm having such a tough time with the 105 mark :( but i'm thinkinging it will be like the 110 plateau i had. i just ignored the scale because it was NOT moving, kept on with exercise. the minute i took a day off from exercise the weight started melting. hope that happens again!
