ARRRRGH! Last few days my morning weight has been 206.2, 205.2, 208.0, 205.0, and now 206.8. Getting tired of this up and down stuff. Diet numbers are fine and I'm sticking to the workout plan. One more hard cardio day today and I'm taking Wed off.
