It's funny how some days I feel like I am so hungry I can't get enough to eat and other days like today, I feel stuffed and am hundreds of calories under my limit. I don't get it. On the once a month weigh in schedule I have myself on, I am one week away from weigh in day. I try not to get my hopes up too much, but my clothes are looser and I feel thinner...
