Ok, Doing pretty poorly, Just cant figur out what is my problem, I am my own worse enemy. I am constantly hungry and going No Where!! I have got to get this right. Maybe I am on the wrong diet choice.

Hi, We all have days that don't go as planned...if you're on Atkins you should not be hungry. Are you doing the plan correctly ? if you're not sure go back and read the book again, I've been on this since 2010 and I still re-read the book from time to time. Don't be afraid of asking for help, we all need help sometimes...just ask we're all in this together and we all support each other. Tomorrow is a new day.. Go for it ! wishing you lots of luck
