Only ate half of this huge egg based Dutch pancake. Ate all the chicken. Ate the berries, too. Attempting a full hour swim with no stops this afternoon. It's hot, I don't have to work much tomorrow, perfect day to try something silly with 24 hours to recover. Did two full workouts yesterday, will likely hit same burn today. I really need a gardener, a maid, a dog sitter, and a driver. I also still need the income to support them all. Ain't happening anytime soon though, so we trudge on forward. Hard work keeps me honest. We're barbecuing tomorrow, but that will be salmon and salad for me so no biggie.

Did it. One hour swim with a very sloppy third quarter, tossed paddles because my hand went numb. Last 15 minutes heart rate up at 140 vs 130’s due to quicker strokes without the paddles. Gonna do it again in the next couple of weeks.
