I think I've been below 160 all week. My workouts have been great - I need to raise the intensity a bit. And my diet has been very good. I've started mixing in some P90X workouts again and have been doing a lot of protien shakes in place of dinner.

DJ is down to less than 3 weeks. I'm going to miss him. He's been looking forward to going for so long. I hope his expectations are met and that he'll be happy. Everyone else seems to be doing well. Kate just got her braces, even though she has very nice teeth to begin with.

Work is finally slowing down a bit; although I still have plenty to do.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
