Today I am starting on the DASH diet. I have been eating well on my own, but I think I can do better. What I like about this diet is that it teaches you how to eat for a lifetime. The first two weeks might be a little rough, because I have to give up fruit and all starchy carbs. But on the upside I get to have all the sugar free jello that I want. :)
