I gained a little over one pound. No panicing yet, there could be a good reason for it. I have been doing weights for my knee therapy. Could be I am beginning to gain muscle. I stayed within my calorie limit, but I did have salted popcorn and a lean cuisine pizza that may have boosted my salt intake past the limit. Will watch that more closely.
