not bad lost 2 lbs in 8 days went off the diet a couple of times but went right back on it next day Have been very good with the swimming have gone at least 3 times a week
268.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
