ok, back to eating breakfast, no more fooling around. LOL. Did a power walk this am. Determined to stick to a healthier eating regimine rather than this up and down yo-yo stuff I have been doing. It is so self defeating. I refuse to say "dieting" because the word just makes me want to eat a whole damn chocolate cake...lmao.
