I am proud to know that while cooking my lunch yesterday, South Beach savory sauted chicken, my normally snug fitting shorts I was wearing, feel to my ankles.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
