No reason I can see
177.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

It could be too much sodium in your diet yesterday, exercise, inflammation, medications, hormones, etc. So many factors can affect the scale. It happens to all of us at some point. Drink water and keep going.
