just hit the big 50.... i didn't feel fifty and fabulous, I felt fifty and fat!!! have gained about 20+ lb in the past 18months, a function of working full time (plus), poor food choices, poor discipline, and not getting to the gym like I used to!! Just 2 yrs ago I was in great shape, a size 8 and 150 or so lbs. I had worked so hard to get there, diet, quit alcohol, personal trainer, lots of gym time, I thought I was invincible and would stay that way on "auto pilot". Well I'm here to tell you that it doesnt work that way. I now have the incentive and desire to shed those 20 and get back to that place, where I vow to remain grateful once I am there. I've never kept a food diary for everything, but this web/blackberry app seem to make it practically effortless, I am trying to "add the food" to my journal before I put it into my mouth! or shortly thereafter.
