1352 kcal Fat: 91.48g | Prot: 92.64g | Carb: 31.85g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream 18%, Astro Zero% Yogurt, Low Calorie Sweetner, Strawberry Cream Cheese, Earl Grey Tea, Superflax Bread, Smaps Cereal Sweet Maple, Premium Stevia Extract Sweetener. Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Caesar Dressing, Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner: Cucumber (with Peel), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Onions, Caesar Dressing, Tomatoes, Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: Endulge Peanut Butter Cups. more...
