Today I joined FatSecret. I'm excited for a new challenge. For awhile now I've known I have to do something to get my weight in check. I've slowly added some extra pounds over the past 2 years and it's making me feel so self conscious and depressed. This depression is beginning to affect my marriage and relationship with my children. I really hope I can stick to this program and build my self confidence and relationships!
