Lunch today...I took 1 whole wheat sandwich skinny..(pre-sliced) laid it open on a oven pan..put 1 T pizza sauce on each half...put 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on each half...my lent version of a personal pizza..tried it out today for my Friday meal..YUMMY...will try adding meat and veggies for another day..(weight watchers points..7)not bad
