WOW. This is working. I do believe I'm now in control of the food and the food is not in control of me. I know, only a few pounds lost, but that a step. Remember, every journey begins with the first step. I even entered my first challenge here. (Under 1000 calories a day for 2 weeks) Never hurts to try. What I like about this site, it shows you everything about the food. Carbs, Calories, proteins, ect... Something that when you see all of that, makes you think about what your eating.
