Soooo I've realized I've been totally messed up with my points calculations up until today. I was usingthe US system to calculate my points and I had used an old, out of date manual calculator to determine the number of points I was supposed to be eating. Long story short... I was WAY off on all accounts. I have now figured out I should be consuming 44 pts/day. So, as of today, here are the accurate numbers!
Muffin - 11 pts Tea - 1 pts
Philly sandwich - WW says 26pts but calculating manually it's 12pts HUGE discrepency (going with 12 b/c a big mac is only 14 and this has way less fat, cals, etc)NOT way more as the 26 pts would indicate. Sweet potato fries - 9 pts Mayo - 2 pts
Cauliflower - 0 pts Chicken - 6 pts Mushrooms - 0 pts
Almonds - 2 pts Banana - 0 pts Strawberry - 0 pts Cantaloupe - 0 pts Rum and Diet coke - 4 pts

Went out to lunch with my Grandma and my mom today and the sandwich was a poor choice but I really didn't know and didn't have the calculator with me. I will NOT make that mistake again.
