Ok so this week has been very up and down. At one point I had gained a pound this week but in the end I ended up losing 3.5lbs. I'm really happy with my progress especially giveen that yesterday I had pizza and sushi. I'm feeling really positive and like I'm finally finding my groove with things. I still need to drastically improve my phyisical activity but with all the snow and ice outside it's harder to get out to exercise. This week I'm aiming to get out at LEAST 3 days to get some cardio... weights I can do at home easily so I plan to do them at least 4 days this week.
I'm hopeful that I'll see at LEAST the same drop next week, although I'd be lying if I said I wasnt' secretly (or not so secretly) hoping for a bigger drop!
