very satisfied today, and feeling GREAT! 2 hour workout + simple and nutritious comfort food leaves me in warm-all-over snuggle time awesomeness. maybe a little fuller than i wanted to be but i felt like i had to finish what i put on my place. next time i'll make a smaller portion, even though it's healthful veggies etc..

yay for today!
