Making good progress with my new knee. It will be 3 weeks on Wednesday since the surgery.Therapy today added weight machines and step work. some improvement in my flexion and extension. Still have some swelling, therapist said I should elevate my legs whenever I can.
also doing good with my eating, although I need to cut back on the carbs. Will make a conscious effort tomorrow.
