Ok so today I am feeling like a failure, but then again maybe not so much, because I have written it all down, and Can not believe how much food I am putting in my body. So this is a wake up call for me!! I wont look back only forward, to a better day ahead.

please never feel like a "failure"! if we didn't know what the high carbs actually do to our bodies we wouldn't feel shock! you'll be fine! believe in yourself and do it at your own pace! I don't day "diet"....I just say I've changed my eating habits! best wishes sincerely! we are here when you need us!!! Kim
