Today I did not add anything to my journal but I promise I am on track tomorrow. It is hard when it is stressful and busy at work. Plus I ate really bad over the weekend tomorrow is a new day.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
