I am totally off the rails and beginning to panic that I will gain all the weight I kept off for over a year. My goal this week is to stay below 1400 calories every day and eat conservatively on the weekend. I have got to get this under control.
162.1 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
