Relieved that I made it through yesterday without any problems. This afternoon feels a little more difficult. Hopefully, I will have another good day today. Not sure whether I will weigh on Friday or wait til Monday. The Friday weigh-in might be a little bit of the problem. I know Dr. B. would be in favor of only on Monday. Twice a week is probably too much unless I am trying to 'maintain'.
