Just have to record that I resisted some kind of gooey looking cake, kalaches, and donuts (one had SPRINKLES!) in the breakroom at work today! Now my tummy is full of blueberries and yogurt :)

Way to go!!! We had the same crap in the break every day this week except today........ yikes..... But, I resisted as well and have found it amazing how being about 3 weeks in now that my sugar cravings are almost gone as long as I dont get them started again it is getting easier.
