Well I feel like a complete failure in this I have been following Atkins closely and ended up gaining weight. I know the smothered burrito the other night had nothing to do with it, and I have increased the intensity of my workouts for P90X and damn here I am 3 lbs lost then 2 lbs back that sucks. But I will be okay minor set back good news lost an inch of my waist
