Thrilled to have lost more weight this week. Muscles are sore from all the extra exercise and my plantar injury is bugging me. It's all good, but know it is time to get some professional help in dealing with my foot.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
