I've been quite ill, as evidenced by my general lack of food intake and exercise output. Been bedridden for a week, can't stand or sit without pain. Really hoping the meds start working soon.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 137.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
