I have been using intermittent fasting for a week now, with 2 24 hour fasts a week. I have also been trying to eat significantly less calories on the days I "break-fast" but that doesn't always work out. Nonetheless, I have been staying within my calorie ranges, have given up soda, and try to exercise when possible.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
