This week, I decided to go back to what i did the first time i dropped weight. it was a slight fail. let me explain. I used to would work out daily and eat right daily and i would "earn" a cheat snack throughout the week and a cheat day on saturday. Well, I did that this week, but my cheat snack was a MARGARITA. lol. it was fine to have it on thursday, but on friday i went out again and had another one. It helped me to relax, but wasn't on paleo. in addition, i had tortilla soup. it had little strips of tortilla chips on it. soo good and soo not on paleo. I feel most guilty about those little tortillas. :-( Overall, i upped my water to 48-96oz each day this week. Prior i was drinking less than 24 oz. I also went to work out DAILY. It was hard because my fitspiration partner was sick. so i did mornings solo. When she starts feeling better, i'll be happy to have a P.I.C. again. :-) All in all, the week was good. Not GREAT but not BAD either. 3 lbs gone. Dear God, please let it be 3 lbs of fat and not muscle or water.
335.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
