I have been way off plan for a few months. I'm shocked that it was only a 7lb weight gain. I have struggled to get in at least 1-2 workouts per week. Lets not even discuss the eating. Lets just say -b.a.d.
On the flip side. I have the summer :-) physical activity is much easier for me during 'off season.lol. Perks of being a teacher. :-)
