I am still losing about 1 lb. a week. I am really close to my goal weight now, only two more pounds. I am really excited. I did not think I would be able to diet, lose weight, and not be hungry!

I don't know if this is a good idea or not but I am thinking about changing my goal weight to 115 or 110? Right now my goal weight is 125 and I am now 127. I should probably wait until I reach my first goal.

I am a little concerned, this is embarrassing but I have stretch marks on my arms legs and a tiny bit on my hips. I also have a little loose skin on my arms. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I take up some weight lifting to tone?

I would wait until you get to goal and then decide. Sometimes it's not losing more weight, but toning up what you have. You can be thin and flabby. A mix of cardio and strength training can help get rid of the flab. Remember when starting an exercise plan, your muscles retain water to repair themselves (muscle fibers tear when exercising. You might gain a little weight, but it's temporary. Start slow and build up. Good luck!
