I'm a little frustrated today, I've been really good about recording my food and staying under 1600 calories. But, i haven't seen any change in my weight. It's been five days... Arrgggh!!!

Keep up the good work. Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole truth. Consider measuring yourself & weighing yourself to track your progress. I know there have been times when my scale has gone up, but my jeans are still fitting looser.
