100 calorie whole wheat english muffin with 2 oz of ground turkey and 1/2 slice 2% american cheese = 3pts Lunch was a big splurge. I may have overstated the tortilla chips but I had a chicken taco, chicken enchilada but I removed the tortilla. I had about 1/3 cup of rice and 1/4 cup of refried beans. I called it 18 points. Dinner was 3oz of 93% lean ground beef with baked sweet potato with fat free butter squeeze. Also some 3 bean salad from Sam's Club. For snack, 1 tangerine and 1 fruit cup.
