So hungover! I'm use to drinking like a fish but on stomach full of carbs and grease, ugh. Lesson learned.

Because I can barely stand up without getting sick, I did not complete my 10s challenge today :-(
264.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
