been a while since i've been to FS but need to get serious about losing the weight. thought after the baby, it would be easy but sure enough the weight never came off. he's a year now and finally feel disgusted enough with myself that it's motivating me to do something about it. between the 2 kids and a full time job, it's hard for me to fit in any structured exercise so hoping that mindful eating and sticking to it will be enough (for now).

need to figure out ways to boost my metabolism. i know that some foods can help with this but need to do some research. anyone have other ideas?
