No cake, but rice crispy treats are ok
Lots of veggies, 4 oz meat, bread, few slice bacon, egg whites.
Carry healthy snacks.
Drink water only, diluted juice only if sick.
Eat whole fruits instead of juice.
Steam vegetables, or stir-fry in small amount of oil.
Avoid salads doused in oils, cheeses, fried croutons.
Rice good if plain, not stir-fried, not Mexican style.
Bread good if fresh, no preservatives - don't buy long shelf life loaves.
Avoid cheeses, dairy fats, anything fried, all chips, all protein bars, desserts that contain fats.
Desserts that are low-fat: fruits, cherries in bourbon, rice crispy treats, hard candies, honey, etc.
Snack of cereal fortified with vitamins good using skim milk.
