Happy Valentines Day! Great day today. Feel like I have more energy today, concentration is still challenging at times, but I have added a little salt as recommented in the New Atkins and it seems to be working.
Couple of hurdles in the comming weeks. Austin, Tx next week for a business trip then a two week business trip to Austrailia. I stepped on the scale this morning for a sneak peak and all looks good. Also used a KETO Strip and are purple :)
