i have been so busy and so tired that my weight loss has suffered.
Still i managed some loss and to be honest a more appropriate one.
Oh well its ok
141.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Down is down! I think 2.2lb in 10 days is excellent work personally (to put it another way that's close to 2% of your total bodyweight)
