eurgh still a crappy number but closer i guess :/ anyways yeah a bit fustrated expected a better number but i know my muscles are sore and retaining and all that jazz. gym again today got to keep going new goal is get back into the 160's before the end of the month!!!

I know how it feels to get frustrated with the numbers. But look what you put, you're going to the gym. It's amazing that you're working out. You're doing everything the right way. Sometimes the numbers come later, but your strength is improving. You're awesome.

Oh jeez,...I totally hear you on this...this week has been nothing but house work and take out...blarg! Alssssoo girly I noticed you lost 20 lbs!! Congrats!! You should also change this "166lb (20lb down:REACHED 20/07/10" =P

The important thing is that the number is getting closer. Keep on keeping on and like cantweighttolose said you're doing everything the right way.

Drink lots of fluids! Seems backwards, but it does help your muscles not retain so much.
