I'm very excited today. It was weigh in day, and I could tell that I had lost weight this very first week, but didn't expect 4 pounds :)! I think it's really helped to read the entire nutritional labels and to consider what I'm putting into my body. I'm only 11 pounds away from my first goal of 185, after that, I plan on decreasing increments. Also, I need to start drinking more water :)
