So today is Day #3. Home from work so I can visit with the cardiologist...nerve wracking...iad a good bfast this morning but noticed I had mid afternoon cravings. Had a whole Mission Avacado to kill it and also had a couple of things of water. Felt very lethargic yesterday and almost "flu-Like". I need to look into the soduim thing on Atkings. Just don't want to do it prior to cardiologist. Feel more in control today. Chest pain has virtually gone away
