Well, I took a week off, time to get back on the "bike" and get this weight I gained off of me. Hopefully I can. Lots of stress recently. It is like the Perfect Storm - all of the parts are in place to create a disaster if they collide at the wrong time. Need to stop eating when I am stressed out.
