Wanted to take my sister a special birthday cake when i visit later this week. We are going to california on Valentine's Day... so I baked and frosted and decorated some AWESOME cakes. Chocolate ganache, rasberry filled deliciousness and a butter cake with apricot filling and buttercream frosting! I only ate one tiny taste and allotted for spoon licking etc...I feel I did all right! i just counted all my calories and have no worries!
