Went to Sam's Club and found some good things to eat. Just ate 4 cups of Skinny Pop popcorn, very tasty. I found some individual servings of fruit in juice and cherry, cherry mixed fruit. Helps to have a little sweet at the end of a meal. I found 2 large bottles of light Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, 7 grams fat per serving. I hope it tastes good. I bought a big bag of salad so that we can have some salads with our dinners. I have gotten out of the habit. I also bought the large container of grape tomatoes. So good to pop a few in a baggie, and snack on them at work. Especially if I like this light ranch dressing.

Great healthy choices!!! Keep up the good work! This week I made a Weight Watcher Ranch Dressing Recipe. 1 cup of light mayonnaise, 1 cup buttermilk, (I used 1% milk and 2 tsp. vinegar) and 1 pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip. Serving size is a 1/4 cup. The recipe says is is 2 points plus, that is using the buttermilk. I didn't figure it with 1% milk. The remaining buttermilk would go to waste at my house! Hope you give it a try sometime. I will make up my second batch this weekend.
