Ouch! First weight gain since we started three months ago. I expected it though. I knew my sodium intake was pretty high yesterday. I also know that I had several situations this week where my food choices were what I was being served or nothing at all.
324.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW, look at your weight loss history graph, just keeps going down and down and down! That is motivation itself to get back on the horse! Way to go.. Sodium gets me all the time...

Thanks, Lizzy. I'm going to have pretty low control of my diet this week too. I'm making the best out of the choices I have but don't expect to lose again this week. Then again, I should be walking a lot more than usual so maybe it will be OK. I'm not about to let it derail me even if it is another gain though. It's just a temporary setback and compared to what I've lost is just a blip.
