I am so excited this week because I met my 2 pound goal and exceeded it by 2.2 pounds. I am feeling so much better about winning this battle than I have ever before in my previous times of trying to lose weight. I am praying every day that I can be strengthened through Christ. This battle is not your it is the Lord's. Through Christ who strengthens me one day at a time and one meal at a time. I am praying that everyone has met their goals and if not that they are staying positive and knowing that it will happen for them.
