I am feeling better and better every week because I have (through the grace of God) been losing my two pounds a week. I am staying strong and praying to GOD for the strength to lose this weight. One day at a time and one meal at a time through Christ who strengthens me I will meet my weight loss goal.
261.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 February 2013:
1263 kcal Fat: 45.88g | Prot: 60.16g | Carb: 155.47g.   Breakfast: turkey breakfast sausage, nickles split top wheat bread, kraft american cheeses slice, banana. Lunch: nickles hot dog bun, jennie-o turkey hotdog, great value seasoned fries, polar manadarin oranges. Dinner: butterball ground 85% turkey, cabbage, idahoan mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other: klondike 100 calorie sandwich. more...

I dont know if I can eat this way. I only do 2 fruits a day. I eat alot of veges normally what does Dr. Fuhrman believe?
